Fire,

Is the element that’s purest to me.

Water,

Is on the edge of my balcony.

Air,

Is the deity that watches over me.

Earth,

Is the place where I live.

So I stay here,

In this clearing,

Waiting for the time to flee.

As I stay here,

Watching the sky,

And its clouds disappear.

Reach my hands into the sky.

Toward the sun and moon.

As if I wont see them again,

I call out to the stars.

So I stay here a while,

And I count the days as they go by,

And I watch the way the waves move,

And the fire that laps at my feet.

Stand still,

As the ground shakes,

Stand still,

As if the earth is breaking.

Stay Calm,

So that I know what’s going wrong,

Way up here in my arms.

Stay here with me,

Stay here a while,

Stay and watch the stars go by,

Stay with me a while.

Fire,

It lights sky tonight.

Air,

Lets the music sway the night away.

Earth,

Makes the beat of the drum.

Water,

Is the noise that keeps us calm!
