It started off so long ago,
In a parking lot,
Exchanging names and sweets.
We were so young,
So naïve,
We thought tomorrow was like yesterday.
Then skip to many years later,
We still go to the same school,
IT’s littered with little children separated into groups.
We thought differences were different,
And normality’s were great,
But one thing I loved about you is that you think,
That . . . .
Differences and Normality’s don’t exist.
You live life like you have freedom,
Always the ‘rebel’ seeking for adventure,
Taking on the highest mountains,
Traveling over 100ft walls,
Breaking all those complicated words,
And living to your full extent.
Were older now,
Making new things happen,
Lives are changed,
And our paths are uncrossed,
I don’t know if your shoulders are broad enough to hold it
all.
So let me request to let me share that load,
Let me in so I wont be invisible in your life.
You live life like you have freedom,
Always the ‘rebel’ seeking for adventure,
Taking on the highest mountains,
Traveling over 100ft walls,
Breaking all those complicated words,
And living to your full extent.
Oh wont I,
Oh wont I be,
A sister to you.
We were so young,
So naïve,
We thought tomorrow was like yesterday.
