Smile

A smile can be simple,

Just plain happy as the eye can see,

And it could be rude,

For sarcasm can be,

A sad one,

A smart one,

All smiles of the day.

Life might be Hard

“Life might be Hard”

 

Life might be hard,

But one things for sure is that,

Life will keep pushing us on,

Our heart will keep beating,

Our minds will fill with questions of the beyond.

Even though some days are harder than others,

We will find a way to move past them,

The times that are our saddest,

Turn into one of our breaking points,

Shattering our life,

But bringing forth a new chapter,

Life will be forever,

We will continue to exist in our loved ones hearts,

We may not be around forever,

But this life I am going to live to the fullest.

I conclude this poem,

Being told to you,

By ending on a happy note,

Don’t dwell on the sad moments in life,

Focus on what good life has to offer.

The 5 Senses + Time

Spicy, Sweet,

Mild, Sour,

30 minuets to an hour.

Sticky, Slimy,

Smooth, Dry,

Time flies by.

Beautiful, Weird,

Ugly, Cool,

The clock of time has no rules.

Loud, Low,

Soft, High,

Time does not die.

Smokey, Spice,

Clear, Stink,

Time has but one link.

Trees talk, sing, dance, but never the same

The leaves sway in the wind,

The trunk stays still.

Dancing, Swaying, Singing.

The redwood forest is full of talent.

Try listening to the bark,

The rhythm of the melody that they sing,

Off tempo, but all they sing are the same.

Some high, some low.

As they sing,

The air from the wind moves through the leaves,

Making the tree sing,

Let it sing to you, maybe they will tell you something useful.

The great willow tree,

Granny willow has the answers to all of your problems,

She will help you.

Just be you and she will be free to talk.

The song is different every time,

The notes are always the same,

The melody and tempo are changed,

Life is never still, but always changing.

Color

 

Colors all defined,

Red, Orange, Yellow

1, 2, 3,

All but done,

Simple but not.

 

Green, Blue, Purple

4, 5, 6,

Straight line, curved pattern,

Number out of order.

 

Black, Brown, White

7, 8, 9,

No order,

Just the same distance.

No color. . .

Not a gray scale.
